To Our Community,

In our post 9/11 complex world, with no volunteers and only three firefighters, public safety is at risk when a second call comes in – either medical or fire.  The single person left at the station cannot do anything but call for help, hopefully available, neighboring fire districts.  We need to increase the fire tax for the first time since 1980 for one additional firefighter per shift.

That was then, this is now. We still need your help, but this economy is making it difficult to maintain the status quo.

We ask that you try to attend our monthly Board meetings which are returning to the third Wednesday of each month begining in June.

Please keep in mind that all regular Board meetings begin at 7pm.
